How do you distinguish between weekdays and holidays?
Monday to Thursday are weekdays (excluding national holidays), and after 19:00 on the last day of the holiday is considered a weekday. Friday to Sunday are holidays.
What is the definition of renting for one day?
Renting for one day means you can use it for 24 hours. (Please note the business hours of each store)
How far in advance can I reserve a car? What is the maximum duration for a single reservation?
For reservations longer than 31 days or those made beyond 180 days, please contact the store staff directly.
Alternatively, you can directly (by phone or in person) contact each store location.
How is fuel charged?
Fuel charges are calculated based on mileage.
Our system automatically calculates the fuel cost according to the actual distance driven.

What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need to present your
original National ID
and
original Taiwan driver’s license

(Health insurance cards and other secondary documents are not accepted.) Manual transmission license is required for truck rentals.
If I want to extend the rental period after renting a car, how should I proceed?
If you need to extend your rental after picking up the vehicle, simply call the pickup location during business hours to inform them of the extended time.
I am not a Taiwanese citizen. How can I rent a car?
Answer: Foreign nationals who wish to rent a car must preparea valid international driver's license (driver's license from a mutually recognized country), passport/residence permit, and credit card payment. You can make a reservation online, and a staff member will assist you promptly.

How do I pay for the freeway ETC fees?
When returning the vehicle to the store, the total ETC fee for the rental period will be calculated immediately and can be paid at the store. (This fee is only accepted in cash)
If the rented vehicle travels on a freeway, a toll fee will be charged according to the explanation provided by the Ministry of Transportation's National Freeway Bureau, document number 1026011439. Customers (renters) will be charged based on the actual distance traveled.No discount mileage (including the 20 km discount and long-distance discount) will be applied. The toll fee will be calculated using a single rate (standard rate: NT$1.2 per kilometer), and the fee will be accumulated based on the listed price, which will be the toll fee that customers (renters) need to pay.
Can I rent a car if I am under 20 years old?

Subscription vehicles are billed on a monthly basis, regardless of weekdays or weekends.

The subscription car order page will have a rental period option, showing the available durations. The corresponding rental period will appear based on the selected vehicle type.
