1. Must be a citizen of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
2. Must possess a valid National Identification Card or Resident Certificate (valid for at least six months) and a driver’s license.
3. Must be at least 20 years old with a driver’s license held for at least one year, free of outstanding fines or criminal/civil records (those with such issues cannot rent a vehicle).
4. Subscription customers must be between 18 and 65 years old, hold a valid National Identification Card, and a local driver’s license. Upon approval, a security deposit can be paid, and the vehicle can be collected.

1. After placing an order, a representative will contact you to arrange vehicle collection and payment.
2. Payments are made quarterly (every 3 months).
3. Mileage fees will be settled quarterly.
4. The order is officially confirmed only after successful vehicle collection and payment.
5. For early returns, prepaid monthly fees are non-refundable, while mileage and ETC fees are charged based on actual usage.
6. The quoted price includes basic insurance.
7. Fuel levels must be the same upon return; any shortfall will incur fuel and handling fees.
