Good Car Rental Franchise Program

With the rise of the sharing economy, the demand for self-service car rentals continues to grow. Good Car Rental plans to launch a franchise program for individual car owners to expand vehicle supply and enhance service coverage.

Franchise Requirements

• Vehicles: 2018 or later models of YARIS or VIOS
• Number of vehicles: 1-5
• Franchisee: Individuals with valid driving licenses and vehicle ownership, with good credit
• Franchisee must maintain and service their vehicles

Cooperation Model

Franchisees provide vehicles, Good Car Rental provides hardware and software support. Each order's revenue is shared at a 20-25% ratio, and franchisees need to pay a hardware deposit of TWD 10,000 per vehicle.

Company Support

• Hardware Support: Provide GPS, self-service rental equipment, etc.
• Software Support: Provide a complete rental management system and app support.
• Good Car Rental provides only hardware and software support, vehicle maintenance is the responsibility of the franchisee.

Revenue Estimates

Based on an average rental rate of TWD 120 per hour and 150-300 rental hours per month per vehicle:

• Monthly revenue per vehicle: TWD 18,000-36,000
• Franchisee monthly profit: TWD 14,400-28,800 (after deducting 20-25% revenue share)

1. Fill out the franchise application form
2. Submit vehicle information for review
3. Sign the franchise agreement
4. Pay the hardware deposit
5. Install hardware and system
6. Start operation
