Notes

1.Payment must be made with a credit card. Visa debit cards are not accepted.
2.Additional purchase can be made through phone reservation or on-site pick-up. Requests made after leaving the rental location will not be valid.
3.The pricing for additional purchase is calculated on a daily basis, not hourly.
4.Coverage does not apply to late return fees.
5.If you wish to extend the rental and purchase the service, you must return the rented vehicle to the designated rental location.
6.If the necessary conditions and procedures of this insurance plan are not met after an accident, the renter will be charged for vehicle damage compensation, vehicle depreciation, and loss of business compensation according to the contract.
7.Full coverage does not apply if the vehicle is deemed a total loss.Only applies to collisions with other vehicles
8.The Peace of Mind Insurance plan does not cover incorrect fueling, unknown vehicle damage, full vehicle glass, tires, wheel rims, and items not covered by the insurance contract.
9.In the case of multiple accidents under the same rental agreement, this insurance plan only applies to the initial accident or damage.
10.In the event of collision, damage, or theft of the vehicle, it must be reported to the police and the accident report form must be obtained in order to be eligible for coverage.
11.The company reserves the right to modify and interpret the content of this additional purchase service.
12.The rental staff of Gadget Rent-a-Car will explain the options to the customers and it is not mandatory to purchase this passive product without prior notification.
13.Drivers who choose to purchase this service must have held a valid driver's license for 2 years or more, and both the renter and any additional drivers must have no driving violation records. Special circumstances will be subject to approval by the service staff.
14. For this service, an additional fee of NT$200 per day will be charged for each additional driver.
