Goodcars Rental Franchise Program

With the rise of the sharing economy, the demand for self-service car rentals is continuously increasing.

GoodCars is launching a franchise project targeting individual car owners to expand vehicle supply and enhance service coverage.

Franchise Conditions

• Vehicles: YARIS or VIOS models from 2018 onwards
• Number of vehicles: 1-5
• Franchisee: Individuals with a valid driving license and vehicle ownership, and good credit standing
• The individual is responsible for the maintenance of the provided vehicles.

Cooperation Model

The franchisee provides the vehicles, while GoodCars offers hardware and software support.
Each order is shared with a profit ratio of 20-25%, and the franchisee needs to pay a hardware deposit of TWD 10,000 per vehicle.

Company Support

• Hardware support: Providing in-car GPS, unmanned rental equipment, etc.
• Software support: Offering a comprehensive car rental management system and app support.
• GoodCars provides only software and hardware support, while vehicle maintenance is the responsibility of the franchisee.

Estimated Earnings

Taking an average hourly rental rate of TWD 120 per vehicle, rented for 150-300 hours per month as an example:

• Monthly income per vehicle: TWD 18,000-36,000
• Franchisee's monthly earnings: TWD 14,400-28,800 (after deducting 20-25% profit share)

• Sign the franchise agreement
• Pay the hardware deposit
• Install hardware and system
• Launch operations
